Stuart Lancaster is a former school teacher and is now Senior Coach at Leinster in the Pro 14. From Yorkshire originally, he joined the RFU in 2007 where he was Head of Elite Development and the head coach of the England Saxons until 2011 before becoming the head coach of England between 2011 and 2015.
