The spiritual journey can be frustrating, can’t it? Many of us set out at some point with high hopes of becoming “more spiritual” people (whatever that meant to us at the time). Along the way we learned counter-intuitive principles for living in our world that made sense. But actually living these principles out can prove tricky.

It can be frustrating to notice just how many times our unconscious thinking and choices and behaviour can derail things . We can get stuck in patterns that we can’t seem to get out of it.
