On todays episode I wanted to talk about those days you wake up and feel sad or emotionless sometimes for no reason at all, I discuss what I do on bad mental health days such as: acknowledging why I may feel this way, it’s okay to ask for help, setting routines, self care days, treating myself with extra empathy, journalling, Pinterest boards and finding passions etc. I’m so proud of you and you will have better days soon.
