Viktor Devonne talks to longtime friend Regina Stargazer, who he met in 2005 and performed in The Rocky Horror Picture Show with, and who appeared in the first White Elephant Burlesque show ever. Since then, she has developed an assortment of skillsets, known as drag queen Cream Victoria, drag king Jayson Mustachio, Virus the Clown, in addition to her burlesque work. She presently lives in New Jersey.
