We begin this episode by sharing how I have felt overwhelmed with everything that has been happening. Going from selling the bakery and getting three offers to everyone pulling off after COVID hit, to closing down the business and laying off the team. 

Then I got this spark and thought I was not just in the bakery business but in the celebration business and I am going to meet my customers where they are at. I was going to save Easter. People have to celebrate in the midst of chaos. Because of meeting my customers where they are, the business has been very successful in the past 30 days. 

Letting go and moving forward is very important for business owners and people in general. Letting go gives space for new ideas and new life. Once you get those great ideas, you have to implement them it doesn’t matter how great an idea is, you have to show and execute it. You have to move you ass. Have no expectation of failure or success so that even if one idea fails, you pay little attention to it and move on quickly.
