On this episode, Sophia catches up with Rainelle Jones of the Terps volleyball program. Rainelle shares her story, and discusses her journey from being a local Maryland recruit to finding her voice as a leader at Maryland and across the Big Ten Conference. She expresses the importance of using her platform and being an activist to stand up and educate others on social justice issues impacting our society. Rainelle and Sophia also look ahead to the inaugural Maryland Athletics Block Party, an event designed to build community among the Maryland student-athletes.
