From White to O'Bannon to the ongoing Jenkins case, the issue of whether student-athletes should be paid beyond "grant-in-aid" has been around since the 1980s & continues to gain momentum. Many legal questions spring from the details, too. Could Jenkins take it to the next level that O'Bannon could not?
