Holly Olivarez, Student Leader of DiversifyCUNow, discusses the group's formation at CU Boulder, its purpose of amplifying the voices of CU's BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community, and their journey so far. Olivarez goes over the actions DiversifyCUNow has helped to amplify, how members of the CU community can educate themselves on BIPOC issues and elevate BIPOC voices, how the pandemic has affected their operations, and more.
