He discusses the importance of self-awareness and group awareness and how they impact your ability to be a successful leader. We discuss why it's important to teach students to identify and learn from mistakes and failures and how it can help them hone their leadership skills. We also discuss what it means to build a trust reservoir with the people you work with and the value of maintaining authenticity and empathy as leaders.
