The Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Higher Education believes that new leadership at the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) will bring stability after a turbulent two year period since being placed under administration. The new board was led by new chairperson, Ernest Khosa, and chief executive officer, Andile Nongogo in their first meeting on Wednesday.
