    It's been a few weeks since we released a recording, sorry about that. Covid scares are still a real thing and we are always cautious with the health of our families. 


    In this Episode Chris and Darryl talk about Adult ADHD and how it controls Darryl's life. Adult ADHD is more common than we realise in society and it's important to be diagnosed. It's one of the easiest conditions to help relieve, but it's expensive. This episode also includes smell memory, cremation, and how you cut a sandwich tells the world a lot about you.  Our beverage this evening is Maker's Mark Bourbon.
