Both of your fearless hosts have been through a lot this week, so instead of giving you what has become the norm on #StudioRejects (1.5 hours!!!), instead we're just taking it easy this week. 20 minutes.

20 minutes! Of solid analysis of the transition horror franchises make when moving to television, and more specifically, this is part one of the dissection of #MTVScream, the show "based on" the franchise.

But what exactly is "based on" referring to? The story? The tone? The formula?
