September is National Suicide Prevention Month. For the past 20 years rates of suicide have increased in nearly every state in the US including here in Kentucky, where it’s now the 11 th leading cause of death. When it comes to suicide, which segment of our population – urban or rural - is more at risk? Two UK faculty members in the UK College of Public Health are working to find an answer.
