What messes with your head?

Study stress: what affects our study and why do we have trouble asking for help?

Listen Later

When it comes to study, it can be hard to recognise when you need help and overcome the barriers to actually ask for help. Steph and John are joined by University of Adelaide student Asirah to explore the reasons why it can be difficult to ask for support, including fear of failure, cultural differences, family pressure and much more. Hear different tips that have helped them with overcoming those barriers and what’s helped (or hindered) along the way.
