Welcome to the Meal Prep Artist channel. I am very excited to show people how-to videos on meal prepping and shopping lists that save time, money, and energy. 

MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. Currently I have a full time job working with children and a busy schedule. I enjoy doing this on the side, to help anyone find an ease in cooking. 

I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

This week we are making Stuffed Pasta Noodles 🧀

This is one of our favorite pasta food!!  

Best of all it only takes minutes to make!! 

Sit back and relax, I have all the details right here for you! 🤓 
Here's the recipe incorporating the ingredients & instructions:

Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Large Shell Pasta

- 1 jar of pesto or homemade pesto
- Diced Cheese of your choice 🧀

- 1 diced or sliced tomato or cherry tomato cut in 1/2

- Basil Leaves, fresh is best

- Fresh mint is wonderful too

- Cooked meat of your choice

- Salt/Pepper (pink himalayan salt is what I use)

- Olive Oil

Instructions:

1. Bring your water to a boil, add in oil then shells (keep them from sticking)

2. Waiting for those noodles, goa head and get all your stuffing ingredients ready

3. Once the noodles are done, gently remove each one and set on a baking pan or a wooden cutting board to cool
