Ben goes through his thoughts on jump in full force to becoming a real-estate agent. He walks through his thoughts on separating from the farm and what it was like his first few months. Connor talks about what it was like leaving his job after 5 years, what his last week of work was like and how his first work week is in his new company has been an upgrade.

Ben and Connor discuss their professional backgrounds, history and relation to self-improvement. The duo sets the premise of the podcast as an added layer of accountability and documentation of their Stumble to Success.
