In my 45 years of life I've seen some painful experiences, set backs and disappointments, for sure. 

What I now realize as I'm able to reflect is that live serves us experiences, painful, joyful, exciting and so on.  What we do with these experiences is what shapes our future.  Are you going to take those lessons and use them or are you going to let them use you?

I'm taking charge on my own terms.
