Thinking deeply about a profound quote that I heard this past week.  'An undisciplined mind is a dangerous mind'. When I think about this it really amazes me how soft I have been most of my life.   It's also very crazy and beautiful for me to see how much pushing myself has allowed me to grow emotionally, spiritually, metally and physically.  This is what our life, fulfillment and happiness are all about.  

How far are you willing to push yourself to achieve great things?
