Sold: About 14,670 of these fireplaces were sold exclusively at Lowe’s.
Actions: Stop using and unplug these recalled electric fireplaces and contact Twin-Star for a refund of the purchase price. To obtain the refund, you must complete the online recall registration form at twinstarhome.com/recall or call Twin-Star for information.
