In this episode I am talking to Rob Dube, co founder of Image One. We are discussing about the work culture, Rob's journey from selling pops to starting his own company with his best friend to selling and then buying back the company , all the up’s and down’s , the struggles he faced and how he showed up during hard times. We learned about his unique ways of leadership which makes Image one - the best workplace in Michigan. We also dived into current uncertainty of pandemic and how it affected his company’s finances. It’s hard time for them , but with a passionate team and strong leaders - they all are thriving. Every topic we hit upon were my favorite topic!
