Do you know what every successful business owner has done in their career? They've had a mentor. I do not know one single successful business owner that hasn't had one.

They didn’t learn off of YouTube, they didn't learn through Social Media. They went out and they sought someone out that would take them under their wing and show them the ropes, and this is what I now do for real estate investors across the United States and Canada.

Hi I'm leff Coffman and I believe that my creative real estate apprentice program is the secret to your real estate investing success.

Over the years I've experienced tons of wins in my own real estate investing business and I've also had some pretty massive failures as well. And I've taken all of the lessons that I've learned from those experiences, those wins & those losses, and I've documented them and then I cataloged them, and now all of these experiences are the very lessons that I teach in my Creative Real Estate Apprentice Program.

You see, when I got started, I was literally on my own. I was a tiny fish in a HUGE pond. I went from tripling my W2 salary in the first 9 months in this business (well on my way to quitting my job) to absolutely broke over the next year. So I made mistakes early and I made them often. As it turns out, that was the greatest gift I could have ever received because only after I decided to bite the bullet and find someone to mentor me did I finally start to put the pieces of the puzzle together and figure out where I was going wrong. And then EVERYTHING started making sense and I began to see the light.

I started this apprentice program for those of you who may be going through something similar, but my #1 goal is to get this message out to those of you who are thinking about getting into real estate investing and to help YOU to avoid making those same costly mistakes that I made early on in my career. I tell my students all the time "building a business is nothing more making a series of mistakes, followed up by making a series of corrections and never forgetting what you've learned". I can help you avoid making the mistakes in the first place and make the pain of making a correction totally avoidable and unnecessary.

Right now, I am turning my apprentices into absolute money making, rockstar real estate investors and I know I can do the exact same thing for you.
