J.D Power has release their annual Brand Loyalty Rankings findings and there were many key takeaways from their findings. One of the most interesting things they had found were that Subaru ranked the highest among mass market brand SUV owners with a 61.1% loyalty rate. Toyota came in second place at 60.5%, meanwhile Volvo lead in the premium SUV category with 56.5%. So what exactly does this mean? It means that Subaru owners are the most satisfied SUV customers overall and still feel like they are getting a premium experience without the expensive price!
