in 2006 I visited UttarKashi in Uttarakhand region of Himalaya to collect information about impact of Tehri Dam ,  pollution and climate change on Gomukh and Gangotri. This was in connection to prepare a series of radio reports on the health of mother Ganges on the occasion of the Prayagraj Ardhkumbh .  During my visit I met Subhadra Mata a woman ascetic who lived very difficult condition in snow bound Tapovan range of Himalaya hills. She also visited Kailash Mansarovar . I am presenting this interview  now on  the occasion of the Haridwar Kumbh 2021.  Please listen her experiences .

प्रयागराज कुम्भ 2007 के अवसर पर टिहरी बांध, जलवायु परिवर्तन और प्रदूषण का गंगोत्री, गोमुख और  माँ गंगा के स्वास्थ्य पर पड  रहे प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पर  रेडियो रिपोर्ट्स बनाने के लिए मैं उत्तरकाशी की यात्रा पर गया था. वहाँ मेरी मुलाक़ात संयासिनी सुभद्रा माता से हुई. सुभद्रा माता वर्षों  तक गोमुख से भी ऊपर तपोवन में बर्फ़ की गुफाओं में साधना कर चुकी हैं. उन्होंने कैलाश मानसरोवर की भी यात्रा की है. अब हरिद्वार कुम्भ 2021 के अवसर पर यह बातचीत प्रस्तुत है.
