I've paid child support for 14 years, yet I've only been around my child a hand full of times. Child support has been around forever, and it's to help take care of the child or children you got, but over the years C.S. has been used as a weapon, by some who believe one parent deserves to pay and not get to see there child or children. It has become a scheme, a come up, and depending on the person, a way to punish a mother or father they seem a Terrible parent.
