This Steven Seagal movie is pretending to be on a sub the entire time, because it wants to remind people of Under Siege. It has maaaaaybe about 15 minutes of sub scenes. That's okay, Under Siege was set on a battleship, not a sub. It's that lack of attention to detail that is a hallmark of this film.
