Nancy Panter, co-founder of SubRosa Wines located in Eversley which is a part of the Grampians Region. The boutique winery produces around 400 cases a year.  

Winemaker and co-founder of SubRosa, Adam Louder at the age of 40 has done 35 vintages all around the world. After working his way around the world's vineyards, he came home to the Grampians.
