Subscriptions That End Access Immediately After Cancellation (Don't Wait Until Next Billing Cycle)
Most subscriptions wait to revoke access until the end of the billing cycle (since you pay upfront for the entire month), but a few subscription plans cancel access immediately - even if you have more time remaining on your subscription.
The reason why is they're hoping you wait to cancel and end up renewing again. But this is a horrible business practice and should be banned because customers have already paid for the full month.
Bubble (no code app builder platform) and SweetGreen's SweetPass (discount loyalty rewards program) all use this tactic. But, of course, many more companies engage in this behavior.
