32.1 million American women and 37.4 million American men have a mental health disorder and/or a substance abuse issue.

With this crazy statistic, almost every single person in the US has either dealt with Mental Health and Substance Abuse themselves or at least knows someone who has struggled with it.

Now, whether it be hereditary, bi-polar disorder, or someone just struggles with self worth and has low confidence, there are a number of things that can cause someone to get addicted to drugs and alcohol.
