Beat Tribe is an San Antonio-based electronic music producer known for blending dark house grooves with cinematic, experimental soundscapes. His music moves effortlessly between the underground club and the quiet intensity of late-night listening, creating experiences that feel both immersive and deeply personal.

His unique sound caught the attention of tech-house producer Omid 16B, who selected his remix of the classic "The Game" as the grand prize in his 2014 Beatport Play remix contest. It was released on his Alola Records label and has also released music on his SexOnWax label as well.

Emerging from a love of house and techno, Beat Tribe developed a style rooted in hypnotic rhythms, moody textures, and long-form storytelling. His 2022 album Personality Disorder marked a turning point, revealing a more chilled and introspective side to his sound—expansive tracks that balance groove with emotional depth.

Driven by the idea that music should connect body and mind, Beat Tribe crafts songs that invite listeners to lose themselves in contrast—light and shadow, stillness and pulse, structure and freedom. Whether through headphones or a sound system, his productions pull audiences into sonic worlds that linger long after the track ends.

With each release, Beat Tribe continues to expand his sonic palette, pushing boundaries while staying true to his underground roots.

"It's the one thing that has never let me down, broken up with me, made me feel like shit, etc", he continues. "So I am most happy when I am creating (music)".

Beat Tribe's career spans over ten years and began in Orlando, Florida in the late 90's, where he began DJ'ing and working at the Underground Record Source, mixing together nu skook breaks and deep and dark, tribal progressive house. Taking equal influence from Sasha and Timo Maas to gay circuit house and the breaks that were coming out of the UK at the time, Stewart began developing a style all his own, and became the Beat Tribe we know today.

In 2012, his remix of Omid 16B's classic "The Game" was selected as the grand prize winner, following it with releases on Omid's SexOnWax and Alola Record imprints. He has remixed many artists since then, including Ariana Grande, Nine Inch Nails, Gary Numan, LMFAO, and much more.
