Making a big impact does not necessarily require you to make big changes or even big efforts.

It is often the smallest of things that make a difference to our customers and therefore end up making the biggest impact.

That was certainly the case on my recent trip to Thailand. 

One of the three hotels I stayed in this week made a significant impact on me, and it was not because of any big time thing they did. It was the subtle things.
