Assuming the obvious––that Donald will be indicted, tried and convicted for the crimes he has committed––why must we hold ourselves captive to the mob-inspired notion that America will be 'punished' if justice is done? This has been Donald's thesis from the beginning and it is at odds with everything American. The more important question is: what punishment fits his crimes?  And how can we relegate him to insignificance––if not obscurity––in the most expeditious way possible?
