Feedback is a vital part of being able to develop your reflective capabilities and we already know how important reflection is to getting better at leading yourself and other more successfully. We look at a model to explain the role of feedback and how to get yourself in the best place to receive feedback in way that you can then use it. As it was Film Friday we also shared some films that we find both fun and inspiring. I also did a really bad Darth Vader impersonation!
