Rob Midiri is a certified project manager in healthcare and is currently serving as the director of operations for an expanding pharmacy practice. Rob has years of experience in running projects of varying size and complexity in healthcare, leveraging data analytics to implement mitigation strategies for diversion and loss as well as leading successful teams to increase margins, operational efficiencies and implement best practices.

One thing that is powerful to note, is that Rob has reached this level without a college degree. Like many other successful leaders, he has leveraged his skillset of networking with the intent to form authentic relationships while maintaining a high work ethic and desire to learn. This curiosity has consistently proven effective throughout his professional success by opening multiple doors of opportunity.
