• The importance of not identifying with your successes & failures
• A reminder that your self-worth is not dependant on what you do
• Don’t allow your fear to get in the way of putting yourself or an offering out into the world

Questions to ask yourself when you are deciding on whether or not to move forward with a new offering, project, or something within your life:

          What is the worst case scenario?
          Can I handle the worst case scenario?
          Do I have the resources and mindset to overcome it?

If the answer is yes, I personally move forward. If it’s a no, I tend to the deeper reason as to why it’s a no. After I work on that, and get clear on it, I navigate myself back on my path and move forward, perhaps just later than I wanted to.
