In this episode (S03E03) of "How to Product?", Arjav Jain, the host talks to Deepak Singh, Sr. Director of Product at Unacademy about what success looks like and how to choose a north star metric and then go on to talk about the importance of technology for PMs. The discussion starts at the process of defining a North Star Metric and what characteristics it should have. Deepak provides an example from MX player to put things in context. He then goes on to explain how to estimate the impact before launching a feature and he provides a good framework to follow. Deepak then talks about the importance of technology for PMs and provides a brief on his book - "Tech Simplified".
