We know first hand that the entrepreneurial journey is not easy and a lot of has to do with mindset and habits.
The best part is that it is simple things to implement that makes a massive impact in your life!
This is the 1st video out of a 4 part video series
We decided to make this a weekly video so you have a week to implement the habits or hacks that will make a massive impact in your life!
4:59 Overarching habits are habits that we want to have in place. While we're bringing in the information that we're going to be going over in the episodes to follow.
So we're going to be bringing in four overarching habits.
7:26 We're doing them all in one episode to create a solid baseline for ourselves to get ready for the episodes coming up. So with that being said, our first one is going to be eating.
13:39 Habit number four would be a reflection. Reflection is huge. Reflection is almost a self-audit of where we've been through the day, and where we're going tomorrow.
Why is this important? When you're doing self-audit, you're realising the little goals that you're hitting on a daily basis.
17:00 The set one of the saddest things to see is a person who has so much and so many beautiful gifts around them. And they feel like they have nothing. And they're stuck. And they've done nothing with their life. When9/10, it's completely the opposite.
18:00 I actually, I learned something a wee while ago, and that is to have a jar. So write down everything that you're grateful for all the good things that happened in that day, or the week before it Anything you can think of that's good and positive.
19:55 Reading. That's bringing you towards your entrepreneurial goals, or your life's goals, something that's meaningful 10 pages a day. Trying to get it in reflecting. It's doing your self-audits once in the morning, what am I grateful for getting a good start on it? And at night, what brought me towards my goals today?
