Going to bed too late: Your reticular activation Centre in your brain is still firing at all cylinders. When you have that screen in front of your face. That's why when you're looking at your phone at night, your body's almost like you're tricking your mind thinking.

Because our mind has two parts. We have a conscious mind and we have a subconscious mind. In conscious of our conscious minds. set our goals. Our conscious mind seeks those goals out 24 hours a day. seven days a week, 365 days a year. It's just like when, you know if I'm telling you, oh, man, I heard this band yesterday.
But when you when I said to you, I saw this band and I want to tell you about it. I was setting the goal with my conscious mind of letting you know about that band. Even though I couldn't remember it at that time, my subconscious mind.
Heard I need to remember that name. And it got to work on it immediately. And it didn't stop until it arrived at the answer. It's the same thing is you really setting yourself up for what you want and what you're going to receive during the day.

So high payoff activities would be activities that are usually directly related. To you bringing an income, at least that's what they are for me. So I have so for the coaching, that's me looking at and getting back to people that want to talk about setting up appointments, or talking about a past appointment, or something having to do with maybe an invoicing issue.
I have a couple of other things that I do outside of coaching that always require my attention first thing in the morning when certain markets open up, he said so those things, they have to be done first high payoff activities directly related to bringing in income after that and then I move more into you know, things, as I talked about you, got to fix issues on my website. These are indirect, indirect activities that are not necessarily related to bringing in income, but they're indirectly related. But those can come later on in the day. If that makes sense.
