In this episode, we follow the journey of Kathy Zhang, MD, a palliative care doctor who cares for seriously ill patients and has been on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care in the midst of a global crisis, Kathy had to deal with her own emotional turmoil brought about by having to care for so many dying patients.

But that's not all there is to Kathy's story. Recently, she received a life-changing diagnosis of ADHD, and has become a life coach and podcaster, using her experiences and expertise to help others navigate life's challenges with resilience and purpose.
