When ppl get really stressed out, or are sad, or just hit with a hard time- most ppl sit on the couch and sulk, or go to sleep, or pout... be a person of action and decision.... attack tough times make a decision sooner than later to overcome whatever obstacle it is you are facing. And if your circle is one of action they are going to encourage you to be of action and never let a tough time humble you. When things get chaotic- get organized, create a plan, and attack.
