Episode 90 - Success starts from within !

Some important constructs that have changed my life: 

“A business will never out-grow its owner”;

“If you do what you have always done, you will get what you’ve always got”;

“For things to change, FIRST I must change”;

“The hardest part to learning is letting go of what you think you know”;

“Thoughts are things, and it is in taking control of our mind, that personal transformation can occur”; and

“Work harder on yourself, than you do on your ‘JOB’” 

This morning I arrive back to my farm and office, having had a week away, at a resort on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, hosting both our 2 Day TOP Producers Workshop, and then one of FOA’s Deep Dive Conferences with over 300 of our Platinum Mastermind Members. 

What an event! What an incredible community. What a life-changing experience for so many farming families. 

To see so many farm owners so completely engaged, so committed to their own growth, and so open to personal development and a focus on mindset mastery, was incredible. 

To all of you who attended, my sincere thanks for your significant part in making both events very memorable and transformational for so many. 

Farmers are incredible people. Determined beyond belief. A work ethic without equal. A resilience beyond words. 

At the same time, so many BELIEVE that they have to ‘work hard to get ahead’, that ‘money is hard to come by’, that ‘it’s hard to find good people’, and that ‘our results are out of our control’… 

In this Podcast, I ‘shoot the breeze’ with FOA Team Members Sam Johnsson (General Manager), David Westbrook (Senior Coach & Community Manager) and Sam Pincott (Farm Business Coach). We reflect on our amazing week just gone, the importance of working on our MINDSET, and the POWER – if we are to truly succeed in business & life – of being part of a community of like-minded, growth-oriented, passionate farm owners. 

It is weeks like that just gone that define why FOA exists – to offer a MASTERMIND Community for farming families wanting to achieve their potential, improve their lives and create FREEDOM FARMS. 

I feel honoured & proud to be part of this team, to teach & apply the entrepreneurial principles we get to teach & share, and to have the opportunity to experience the strength of this community. 

To those who joined us, thank you. To our graduates, to our award nominees and award winners – CONGRATULATIONS on your success. Thank you for trusting in us, being leaders in this, and thank you for inspiring those around you.
