He has never made less than a 20% return on his own investments, and owns many rentals himself. Sam's wife Lauren and their two kids, Heidi and Liam, are his highest priority. Building an amazing life for them and helping others invest and build their portfolios along the way is why he invests. He is also the host of the upcoming Recession Proof Real Estate Podcast.
