Broadcast Media: The Inside Track

Successful broadcast candidates and what it means to develop them with Natasha Monaghan.

Listen Later

Thinking of broadcast recruiters I've dealt with over the years and Natasha goes back one of the furthest, always has time for me and has looked out for me too - so why not give her a call and ask her! She agreed thankfully but had to juggle work, Christmas and all her family being at home - but we managed to find a slot.

It was a deep dive on what hiring managers are looking for and some tips and useful info on what you can do to stand out from the crowd and be the best candidate for the job - even without a long career history on your CV.
