Paul's missions strategy looks like a failure. He experiences a cycle in every new town he preaches the gospel in; go to new city, find the local Jewish synagogue, share the good news of Jesus, get rejected by the Jews, share the good news of Jesus with the non-Jews, get rejected by religious and city officials, get kicked out of town, get beat up or left for dead. But what looks like failure actually results in lasting success. Why? Because the Gospel has the power to succeed even when we fail.
