In this episode, we are joined by Mariah Sandborn of Sandborn Tree Service Inc, Tom Dunn director of Business Solutions at TCIA, and Stephenie Drago manager of Member Experience at TCIA to discuss succession planning. All too often it is easy to get caught up in the now, we talk with Mariah about the importance of looking towards the future and the work that goes into it. 

Mariah is the Operations Manager at Sandborn Tree Service, Inc. She became a full-time company employee in 2010 answering phones and continued to work her way up as the company grew. After realizing a passion for administration and employee development, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and became a CTSP.
