Matthew Kammerer is the Executive Chef at a beautiful restaurant named The Harbor house Inn In Elk, California(Now 2 Michelin Stars). 

I met him long ago at Johnson & Wales University, since then he's put his head down and has worked his way up in some of the coolest restaurants in the world with some of the greatest Chefs Of Our Time. To see a young cook I met so long ago become the Chef he is Today is Truly Remarkable and a Testament to his Hard Work and Ambition. The best quality about Chef Matthew is that although he has been wildly successful during his time at Harbor House he strongly believes that his vision has not even begun to shine as bright as it will.
