Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have announced the formation of a parallel government. RSF leader General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo would head a 15-person government council that would include regional governors. However, the Sudanese government has rejected the announcement of this so called new government, urging other countries not to recognise it.
