About a week and a half ago, I received some news that I haven't shared with anyone yet. Let's just say it involves this school year and change. In this episode, I let the secret out and share my thoughts about navigating change mid-year. I also share some questions I use when trying to determine what to say "yes" to and what to say "no" with certain tasks and additional responsibilities that pop up at school.
