As another year comes to an end, hosts Sue & Jo (aka Posh & Pool) reflect on 2019, the lessons they learnt, the blessings that came their way and everything they have to be grateful for. 

None of us know what the new year will bring - although what we can be sure of, there will be twists and there will be turns on this great adventure we call life!!  Wishing you all hope, dreams and goals for the new year and a new decade.

If we all commit to work on ourself to raise our own vibration then we will undoubtably raise the vibration of the universe!!!
