Deep & Meaningfuls with Di

Sue Langley on the science of positive emotion and flourishing

Listen Later

The idea that positive feelings have no purpose, other than to momentarily feel good, is outdated. Over 30 years of research tells us that feeling good is actually good for us psychologically, intellectually, physically and socially. Sue Langley shares her expertise in positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence to explain the science; and her experience and wisdom to offer insight into how she uses the information in her own life.
