Sue Vencill had her first business at the age of 9 - she learned how to budget, track, and market her business at an early age.   As she built her own residential real estate business, Sue coached and trained Realtors in the Denver metropolitan market from 1997 - 2017.  Since 2017, she has had the privilege of coaching and training entrepreneurs and leaders outside of Real Estate, using the models, tools, and systems from the New York Times best-selling book, The One Thing.  Sue has coached and trained business clients across the U.S., Canada, Central America, Spain, and Asia.  She specializes in working closely with small businesses, focusing on their financials and economic models, organizational development, and business-building activities, while partnering with them to meet and exceed what's most important in their business.
